Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  1. Abstracts must be submitted only through the online submission portal. Submissions via email or any other mode will not be accepted.
  2. The abstract must be prepared in English using Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, 12-point font, single-line spacing, and should not exceed 300 words (excluding the title, author names and affiliations).
  3. The abstract should include
    • Title of the paper (Sentence case, Font Size 14)
    • Name(s) of the author(s)
    • Institutional affiliation(s)
    • 3–5 Keywords
    • Presentation Language – English
    • Email address of the Corresponding Author
  4. Only original and unpublished research work will be considered. Review papers and abstracts already presented or published elsewhere will not be accepted.
  5. All submitted abstracts will undergo screening and review by the Scientific Committee.
  6. Authors of shortlisted abstracts will be informed through email regarding acceptance for Oral or Poster Presentation.
  7. Abstracts submitted by registered participants will be published in the REINSS 2026 Abstract Book.
  8. Selected oral presentations will be invited to submit full-length manuscripts for publication in a peer-reviewed journal, subject to editorial and peer-review policies. Proceedings of the seminar including accepted abstracts will also be published.
  9. Best Oral Presentation and Best Poster Presentation Awards will be presented under each conference theme.
  10. Certificates of Participation will be issued to all registered participants attending the conference.
