Trivandrum International Airport (TRV), located approximately 13 km from the College of Agriculture, Vellayani, offers excellent domestic and international connectivity. Prepaid taxis, app-based cab services, and public buses are readily available from the airport to the conference venue.

Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station, one of the major railway hubs in South India, is well connected to major cities including Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Kochi. The station is approximately 31 km from the College of Agriculture, Vellayani. Taxis, auto-rickshaws, and public buses are available for convenient onward travel to the campus.

College of Agriculture, Vellayani, Kerala Agricultural University (KAU), is situated along National Highway 66 (NH 66) and is easily accessible by road. Regular KSRTC and private bus services connect the campus from the Thiruvananthapuram Central Bus Stand. Taxi and app-based cab services are also available, with an average travel time of 20–25 minutes from Thiruvananthapuram city.
