Presentation Guidelines

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

  1. The time allotted for the oral presentation is 6 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
  2. All participants are requested to adhere strictly to the allotted time.
Note: Participants are requested to complete their presentation within the prescribed time to facilitate the smooth conduct of the technical sessions.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

  1. Posters should be A0 size, 90 cm (width) × 105 cm (height) and must be in portrait orientation only. Landscape layout will not be accepted.
  2. Use the following font and size preferences:
    • Font: Times New Roman (consistent font sizes)
    • Heading Size: 20 mm (80 pt)
    • Author and Affiliation: 15 mm (60 pt)
    • Body Text: 10 mm (40 pt)
  3. The poster should be organized into the following sections:
    • Introduction
    • Objectives
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results and Discussions
    • Conclusions
  4. The content should be concise and supported with appropriate illustrations such as graphs, figures, photographs and charts.
  5. Posters should be printed on photo paper, glossy paper, or cloth. Posters printed on flex material will not be accepted.
  6. The prescribed poster dimensions must be strictly followed to ensure efficient utilization of the display space and proper presentation of all posters.
